Getting Started

SA2 Worldsync has designed a proven and streamlined enablement process comprised of 4 easy steps:

Step 1: Register

  • Receive Worldsync Starter Package
  • Complete Readiness Assessment
  • Organize project team
  • Identify trading partner(s)
  • Kickoff Meeting
  • Preliminary Project Plan

Step 2: Prepare

  • Finalize Project Plan
  • Define Functional Mapping
  • End User Training (UI &/or technical review of XML schemas and message requirements)
  • Attend educational webinars

Step 3: Item Setup

  • Prepare Item Data
  • Hardware/Network environment established
  • Connectivity Testing in Mock
  • Identify workflow scenario and users
  • Send Test Data Messages
  • Validate Item Data
  • PIM certification, if applicable

Step 4: Publish

  • Connectivity Testing in Production
  • Send Production Messages
  • Publish Data to Trading Partners
  • Finalize end user training (if needed)
