On Demand Services

For users of either assisted or premium enablement programs, SA2 Worldsync offers on demand services, which are delivered by dedicated SA2 Worldsync consultants in person or remotely. Different from the basic service, on demand services are offered and charged according to a time and materials structure.

On Demand Services at a glance:


  • Data Capturing Service (remote or on-site): Manual capturing of item master data (per GTIN, base item, packaging item, assortment) by SA2 Worldsync staff (remote or on-site) using specified capturing forms completed by the customer, tested, maintenance performed, then transferred to the SA2 Worldsync data pool.

  • Data Quality Diagnostics: Additional data check prior to publication to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of the data.

  • Business Process Consultancy:  Onsite assessment of customer’s current processes compared to "to-be” process

  • Dedicated Message Test and Issue Resolution : PRICAT and XML implementation test includes a manual PRICAT or XML test message (implementation test, structure test)

  • Additional Training (remote or on-site): Individual training session to meet specified customer needs

  • Additional Consulting , On-Site

  • Complete Delivery Services (KLS, only for former SINFOS customers): Transfer of all updated item data for movement into the SA2 Worldsync data pool
